【摘要】:1FiringsystemsThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforinternalorexternalgratefiringsystemscommencingatthefuelbunkersandendingattheashextractionplant.Forcombinationofvariousfiringsystems,theindividualrequirementsofeachsystemalsoapply.Ifseveralfuelsareburntsimultaneouslyorifafuelqualityvariesconsiderably(e.g.moisturecontent),additionalsafetymeasurescanbenecessary,especiallywithrespecttolimitationofthefuelflowintothefiringsystemandensuringproperairsupplytotheindividualfuels.2FuelsThesolidfuelscoveredare:—allcoalqualities,e.g.ligniteorbrowncoal,sub-bituminousorhardbrowncoal,bituminouscoalorhardcoal,pitchcoal,anthracite,coke,coalculm,coalsludge;—otherfossilsolidfuels(e.g.petrolcokepeat,oilshale);—biomasssolidfuels(e.g.wood,woodwastes[bark],energyplants[miscanthus],harvestwastes[straw]);—municipalwastesolidfuels(e.g.garbage,sewagesludge,refusederivedfuels[RDF]);—industrialwastesolidfuels(e.g.petrolcoke,soot,tyres,paperwastes,coatedwoodchips,spentwood,animalproductwastes).Fuelblendsfromtwoormoreofthesegroups(see4.1.7),orfuelsofunconventionalorunknownqualitycanrequirespecialsafetymeasureswhichcanbeprovedeitherbypracticalexperiencegainedfromcomparablefuels,orbysuitabletests,e.g.inaccordancewithEN26184-1.Suchmeasuresshouldbedocumentedbythemanufacturer.Fuelsonwhichthedesignisbasedshouldbespecifiedintheoperatinginstructions(see11.2).Thisshouldincludethefueldatafor100%inputofthebasicfuelandthedataforanysupplementaryfuelstogetherwiththeirmaximumthermalinputpercentage.3OperationalequipmentTherequirementsforoperationalequipmentinclauses4to10applytosteamboilersandhotwatergeneratorswithpermanentsupervisionbyproperlytrainedpersonnelfamiliarwiththespecialconditionsofthefiringsystemsandthetypeoffuel.AnnexAcontainstheoperationalrequirementsforpermanentsupervision.
