【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationdescribesamediumaccesscontrol(MAC)andphysicallayer(PHY)specificationforwirelessconnectivityusingdedicatedshort-rangecommunications(DSRC)services.ThisstandardisbasedonandreferstoIEEEStandards802.11,WirelessLANMediumAccessControlandPhysicalLayerSpecifications,and802.11a,WirelessLANMediumAccessControlandPhysicalLayerSpecificationsHigh-SpeedPhysicalLayerinthe5GHzBand,withpermissionfromtheIEEEsociety.ThisspecificationismeanttobeanextensionofIEEE802.11technologyintothehigh-speedvehicleenvironment.Aspresentedhere,thisspecificationcontainsjustenoughinformationtoexplainthedifferencebetweenIEEE802.11andIEEE802.11aoperatingparametersrequiredtoimplementamostlyhigh-speeddatatransferserviceinthe5.9-GHzIntelligentTransportationSystemsRadioService(ITS-RS)Band.PotentialoperationswithintheUnlicensedNationalInformationInfrastructure(UNII)Bandarealsoaddressed,asappropriate.1.2Purpose8212;Thepurposeofthisspecificationistoprovidewirelesscommunicationsovershortdistancesbetweeninformationsourcesandtransactionsstationsontheroadsideandmobileradiounits,betweenmobileunits,andbetweenportableunitsandmobileunits.Thecommunicationsgenerallyoccuroverline-of-sightdistancesoflessthan1000mbetweenroadsideunitsandmostlyhighspeed,butoccasionallystoppedandslowmoving,vehiclesorbetweenhigh-speedvehicles.Thisspecificationalsooffersregulatorybodiesameansofstandardizingaccesstothe5.9GHzfrequencybandforthepurposeofinteroperablecommunicationstoandbetweenvehiclesatline-of-sightdistancesontheroadway.1.3Specifically,thisspecificationaccomplishesthefollowing:1.3.1DescribesthefunctionsandservicesrequiredbyaDSRCandIEEE802.11compliantdevicetooperateinahigh-speedmobileenvironment.1.3.2ReferstoIEEE802.11MACprocedures.1.3.3Definesthe5.9GHzDSRCsignalingtechniqueandinterfacefunctionsthatarecontrolledbytheIEEE802.11MAC.1.3.4PermitstheoperationofaDSRCconformantdevicewithinaDSRCcommunicationszonethatmaycoexistwithmultipleoverlappingDSRCcommunicationzones.1.3.5DescribestherequirementsandprocedurestoprovideprivacyofuserinformationbeingtransferredoverthewirelessmediumandauthenticationoftheDSRCorIEEE802.11conformantdevices.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)forsampling,anddeterminingcarbonmonoxidecontentinductsandstacksemittingtoatmosphere.ItdescribestheNonDispersiveInfra-Red(NDIR)analyticaltechnique,includingthesamplingsystemandsamplegasconditioningsystem,todetermineCOinfluegases.ThisEuropeanStandardisthereferencemethodforperiodicmonitoringandforcalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatorypurposesorotherpurposes.TobeusedastheSRM,itisnecessarytodemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarelowerthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanstandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan±6%relativeatthedailyEmissionLimitValue(ELV).NOTEWhentheNDIRmethodisusedasanAMS,refertoEN14181andotherrelevantstandardsprovidedbyCENTC264.ItisnecessaryforanybodywhowouldliketouseanAlternativeMethodinsteadofthisStandardReferenceMethodtoworkoutthedemonstrationoftheequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationTS14793,providingthathiscapabilitytocarryoutthisdemonstrationisofficiallyrecognisedbyhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.ThisStandardReferenceMethodhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationinstallationsandlargecombustionplants.IthasbeenvalidatedforCOconcentrationswithsamplingperiodsof30minintherangeof0mg/m3to400mg/m3forlargecombustionplantsand0mg/m3–740mg/m3forwasteandco-incineration.Forwasteincinerationplants,CouncilDirective2000/76/EClaysdownemissionvalueswhichareexpressedinmg/m3,ondrybasisataspecifiedvalueofO2andatreferenceconditionsof273Kand101,3kPa.
