【摘要】:1ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforsafetyandperformanceofsomeoptionalspecificpermanentlyinstalledequipmentonfirefightingandrescueservicevehicles,operatedbytrainedpersons,asdesignatedinEN1846-1andspecifiedinEN1846-2.NOTE1CategoriesandmassclassesofthefirefightingandrescueservicevehiclesaregiveninEN1846-1.ThepermanentlyinstalledequipmentdealtwithinthisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisgivenbelow:—waterinstallation;—additiveinstallation;—monitor;—equipmentgantries.NOTE2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbereadinconjunctionwithanynationalregulationsinforceforvehiclesusingthepublicroadsandwithanyEUDirectivesandassociatedEFTAregulationsinforcerelevanttovehiclesandtheirequipment.ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,thenormalambienttemperaturerangeis-15℃to+35℃.NOTE3Inthecaseofutilizationoutsidethistemperaturerange,theparticulartemperaturerangeshouldbespecifiedbytheuser.2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:—personnelcarryingvehicles;—vehicleswithagrossladenmassnotexceeding2t;—boats;—aircrafts;—trains;—ambulances;—airportvehiclescomplyingwithInternationalCivilAviationOrganisation(ICAO)recommendations.3ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluseandtheroutinecheckingoffirefightingandrescueservicevehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Itdealsalsowithperformancerequirements.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardsgeneratedby:—noise(aspermanentlyinstalledequipmentcannotbeoperatedseparatelyfromthevehicle,thishazardiscoveredinPart2);—radiation(lowfrequency,radiofrequency,radiation,microwaves);—errorsinthesoftware;—useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;—construction,transportation,maintenanceanddecommissioning;—windpressureinandoutofuse;—staticelectricityproblems;—remotecontrol;—electromagneticcompatibility;—oilhydraulicandpneumaticdrivingsystem.4ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletotheequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublicationbyCEN.
