【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverscommonlyusedwroughtnickel-ironsoftmagneticalloysproducedorsuppliedexpresslyforuseinmagneticcoresandotherpartsrequiringhighmagneticpermeability,highelectricalresistivity,lowcoerciveforce,andlowcoreloss.Thisspecificationcoversmaterialssuppliedbyaproducerorconvertertotheformandphysicalconditiondesiredforfabricationintopartsthatwilllaterbegivenfinalheattreatmenttoachievethedesiredmagneticcharacteristics.Itcoversmaterialssuppliedintheformofforgingbillets,hot-rolledplate,strip,andbar;cold-finishedbar;cold-rolledandannealedsheetandstrip;shapedwire;andwire.Thisspecificationdoesnnotcovereitherpowdermetallurgicallyproducedorcastparts.Thisspecificationlistsrequirementsforstripproductshavingisotropicorsemi-isotropicmagneticpropertiesbutdoesnotincluderequirementsforanisotropicorsquarehysteresisloopalloysoralloysprocessedtoyieldflattenedhysteresisloopsbyuseofheattreatmentsinanappliedmagneticfield.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoveralloysmodifiedbytheadditionofelementssuchassulfurandseleniumtoenhancemachinability.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.
