【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestoconstantamplitudeforce-controlledhighcyclefatigue(HCF)testingofmetallicmaterialsgovernedbyENAerospacestandards.Itdefinesthemechanicalpropertiesthatmayneedtobedetermined,theequipment,testpieces,methodologyoftestandpresentationofresults.Itappliestouniaxiallyloadedtestscarriedoutonplainornotchedtestpiecesatambientandelevatedtemperatures.Itisnotintendedtocoverthetestingofmorecomplextestpieces,fullscalecomponentsorstructures,althoughthemethodologycouldwellbeadoptedtoprovideforsuchtests.Thepurposeofthisdocumentistoensurethecompatibilityandreproducibilityoftestresults.Itdoesnotcovertheevaluationorinterpretationofresults.
